Affective Counseling is a quickly growing private practice that is dedicated to the well-being and growth of clients and staff. About the position(s)
Psychologists and therapists meet with individuals, families and couples on a regular basis to address mental health concerns and/or personal obstacles. Clients are matched with therapists/psychologists based on areas of specialization. All positions start out with part-time hours but can evolve into full-time hours as the caseload grows. All therapists at Affective Counseling are independent contractors and compensated based on expertise and experience.
All applicants are required to have a masters or doctoral level degree (PhD, PsyD, LCPC, LCSW) with a license to practice independently in the state of Illinois. Four years post-licensure experience and an active CAQH profile is preferred, but not required. Some evening and or weekend availability is also required.
