Tracy Tucker AM, LCSW

Our pursuit of peace, balance, meaning and joy is ever-present. Life inevitably introduces roadblocks, heartaches, and on occasion, seemingly insurmountable challenges. In this fast-paced world, stress, anxiety and overwhelm can become all too familiar and impactful in our lives. Seeking support is not admitting weakness, but is showing strength, determination and a belief that things can be different. They can be better. Central to this pursuit is finding a therapist dedicated to working collaboratively in navigating through this.

With two decades of experience in private practice, community mental health, and social work, Tracy Tucker has upheld a constant mission, “to empower my clients, assisting them in achieving their personal goals for a healthy successful life. Through specialized, effective and compassionate therapy, my clients are able to improve their outlook and mindset, recognize their strengths, build their confidence and develop a sense of well-being and contentment.”

Tracy integrates multiple theoretical interventions, customizing her approach to each client’s unique needs. She places emphasis on Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is certified in EMDR. She is particularly knowledgeable, experienced and effective working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders—specifically overeating and binge eating, trauma and grief. Additionally, she has a passion for assisting young adults in search of direction and offering support to the LGBTQ+ community.

Tracy is skilled in addressing the underlying issues or core problems, which can enable lasting growth, understanding, healing and contentment. She strives to provide hope, empathy, respect and unconditional support without judgment. “Therapy is indeed, a journey and I am grateful that my clients entrust me to work together with them on their path towards personal and emotional growth and fulfillment.”
